Meet Dana Coronado

Dana Coronado is the Multifamily and Commercial Director at KW Commercial, Studio City and specializes in the sale of income property in the Los Angeles area. She has brokered over 70 transactions and $50,000,000 worth of real estate since 2006. She is consistently recognized within her office and the brokerage community as a well-respected and hard working agent whose top priority is always the best interest of her clients.

Over the past seven years, Dana has solidified her role as a dominant apartment broker in the Northeast Los Angeles submarket, consistently listing and selling multifamily real estate. 80% of the properties she has sold in the past two years are within her area of specialty: Silver Lake, Echo Park, Highland Park, Eagle Rock, Glassell Park, Lincoln Heights, Atwater Village, East LA and Boyle Heights. Even throughout the market downturn, Dana worked hard to build relationships with banks, lenders and attorneys, and has sold over 25 foreclosures, short sales, bankruptcy sales and probates to date. Dana has the ability to adapt quickly to changes in the market and within a transaction, which makes her well suited to serve the needs of her various clients and escrows. She works with all property types, from turnkey investment grade assets to heavy fixers and value-add opportunities.

Being the type of person who is always looking for new ways to add value to a transaction and for her clients, Dana earned the CCIM designation in October of 2013. In addition, she officially joined forces with her husband, Charlie J. Coronado and created The Coronado Real Estate Group within the Keller Williams Studio City Office in 2013 after working with Danielle Hoston of Hoston & Associates Inc for 7 years.

Raised in Bakersfield, Dana lives in Sherman Oaks with her husband Charlie and his twin boys Carlos and Damien. She enjoys movie nights, UCLA Football, Pinterest, Crossfit, and cooking. Dana is active within Lambda Theta Nu Sorority, Inc, and is a part of organizations such as the UCLA Latino Alumni Association, NAHREP, and more.
